Question 1. I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,

 

The number of hours worked by taxi licensing enforcement officers between the hours of

6pm to 7pm

7pm to 8pm

8pm to 9pm

10pm to 11pm

11pm to midnight until

 

for the months of

 

November 2008,

December 2008,

January 2009.

February 2009

March 2009

The following table indicates the number of hours worked by Taxi Licensing Enforcement Officers.

probably an admin mistake, (not you admin) i cant imagine that if they were ‘made up’ then they would give themselves such bad figures!

it’s like making the premiership table up at the end of the season, and putting your favorite team near the bottom!

you may remember from the first FOI request they stated no hours had been worked between 12am and 8am

@SC, it’s possible that the differences lie here: ‘between the hours of 12am to 8am’

you may notice that the hours dont tally up with my last request i.e

last time they claimed 40 hours in November between the 18:00 and midnight, yet this time it adds up to 29 hours!
December they claimed 12 hours, this time only 3! and January they claimed 24 last time and only 22 hours! which makes you think they are making it up as they go along!

I have requested an investigation into this, so we might find out the truth about how little work they do!
