All traffic that enters St.Andrew’s Street will have to turn around in the turning head at the junction with Newgate Street and exit the area the way they entered................................................................. Apparently McAlpine staff has spoken to a number of the taxi trade utilising the rank on the north side of St Andrew’s Street and they are quite happy with the proposals.
